The basement renovation was the project we were most nervous about doing. We had a good idea of what we wanted in the basement but didnt know there were so many other choices out there. After careful design of our project we decided to spend a little more than we had hoped, but still within our budget which had definately paid off in the end. Our basement looks a lot better than what we had envisioned. The installers took great care to cover our belongings and kept us informed on the progress each and every day. On the final day we had a walkthrough with the installers and manager to show us everything and explain how everything works, how to take general care of our basement, and to make certain it was to our standards. And now 6 weeks after the installation they still keep in contact with us to ensure there are no issues or questions. We were very happy with the service, materials, installers, designer, everything. We give an A+! Job well done!
